I’m Ava - a Embodied Leadership Coach
Drawing from my 15 years+ experience in Leadership Development & Corporate Purpose across various sectors in public, people & private organizations, I create spaces & curate experiences that supports the well-being & development of organisations and people.

I work with organisations that are invested in growing authentic leaders who are deeply self-aware in leading their team members to navigate change and achieve impact through customised Organisational Development & leadership programmes.
With Leaders
I coach conscious leaders to thrive & lead with authenticity - while achieving work-life integration.
Through 1:1 coaching, I help them make sense of their challenges at work & relationships, and identify how their conditioning impact the way that they do, think & relate to various situations & people.
Many leaders that I work with are parents who have competing demands at work & home, while trying to navigate relationships with their own partners & parents who may have differing views about career, life choices & parenting styles.
As a Volunteer
I serve as a coach & facilitator with non-profit organisations.My stint leading the Company of Good Fellowship in National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre has shaped the way I see volunteering that is sustainable & impactful.
It brings me joy to hold space & facilitate conversations with humans from all walks of life.
